Collection and use of your information are necessary for the use of our services and to improve our services. We do not disclose your private information with exception of limited circumstances described within the policy.
About Account Information
Creating or adding your personal information to GaiaDigits’ services better known as “account” you are voluntarily adding personal information included but not limited to name, address, email address, phone number, age, sex, marital status, race, nationality, religious beliefs, passwords, usernames, etc. Cases where we will use your phone number or email is the use of GaiaDigits services for SMS or to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.
Log Data
When you use our Services, we may receive information (“Log Data “) such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Services, interact with our email notifications, use your GaiaDigits account to authenticate to a third-party website or application, or visit a third-party website that includes a GaiaDigits button or widget. When you are adding your personal information to our services you are allowing other users in your account/contract to see or use this information which includes but not limited to work experience, school information, skills and certifications, location, pictures and videos, and other information about yourself. Further information may be necessary to customize your account. By voluntarily providing us with your personal information or by subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services. You may use your account settings to unsubscribe from various types of notifications from GaiaDigits. Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. GaiaDigits currently does not take actions in response to these signals. When a standard for responding is established, GaiaDigits may revisit its policy on responding to these signals.
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at privacy@GaiaDigits.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
